Under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m), digital products are not eligible for withdrawal or refunds once accessed. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of our digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

  • Refunds are only processed under our conditional refund policy outlined below.
  • We log access to our digital products using Microsoft Purview logs, which serve as proof of product use.

Digital Product Refunds

We offer a conditional refund policy for users who do not pass the McKinsey Solve Game, subject to the terms and refund tiers outlined below.

Refund Eligibility and Tiers

1. 100% Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a 100% refund, the following conditions must be met:

    • The rejection email must specifically mention the McKinsey Solve Game as the reason for rejection.

To qualify for a 65% refund, the following conditions must be met:

    • The refund will cover 100% of the McKinsey Solve Game portion of the bundle, while no refund will be issued for the case interview preparation course.
  • Proof of Purchase:
    • Provide proof of purchase, including the order number and date of purchase for the McKinsey Complete Prep Package.

    • The rejection email must specifically mention the McKinsey Solve Game as the reason for rejection.

Customers who have purchased only individual products that do not collectively cover all current modules of the McKinsey Solve Game (including, as applicable, Sea Wolf, Redrock and Ecosystem) are not eligible for a refund under this policy.

Additional Conditions

  • Discretionary Refunds:
    • In cases where you cannot provide a rejection email specifically mentioning the McKinsey Solve Game, PSG Cracked reserves the right to offer a partial or full refund at its sole discretion, provided that other credible evidence is submitted.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@psg-cracked.com with the following information:

  • Order numbers and dates of purchase for all relevant products.
  • Reason for refund request, including feedback on the products.
  • Attachment of the rejection email or other credible evidence.

Processing Refunds

Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 10 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

International Compliance

This policy aims to be compliant with consumer protection laws and e-commerce regulations worldwide. However, if you are purchasing from a jurisdiction with stronger consumer protection laws, those laws shall supersede this policy.
